Tips for living in a shared community
1) Please put all your garbage in the appropriate disposal area, not on the floor, not in the hallway, but in the actual garbage bin. Just a reminder please shut the door to the garbage room, we all love that smell.
2) Why it is important to vacuum your apartment or move furniture at 5 in the morning. Common courtesy is to wait until at least 8 in morning before running a vacuum or making loud noises.
3) There is nothing wrong with walking around your apartment, but some people wear their high heeled shoes on hard floors which can be very loud for your neighbors below. If you have people living below you try to walk softly and take off your shoes when inside.
4) Please don’t allow your children to scream and run up and down the hallways. As cute as it may seem to you, it may annoy other people in the building.
