With so many choices for housing in the Las Vegas Valley, it can be difficult to decide where and what type of residence to live in.

But for Samantha Charles, cosmopolitan living was the clearest choice for her. Charles, a community relations officer for the Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner, knew after meeting with Sales Agent Emily Hafey at the ONE Lifestyle Condominiums Las Vegas sales center, that the five tower high-rise development would be ideal for her.

“ONE appeals to my personality,” said Charles, 36, who purchased a home in Tower Two. “I can’t wait to take advantage of the resort-like conveniences that are going to increase my quality of life.”

Some of the many features of ONE Las Vegas that appealed to Charles include the state-of-the-art business center, shuttle service to nearby destinations, on-site concierge and maintenance personnel, and the safety offered with 24-hour roaming security and a guarded gate.

“I love the fact that I’m going to be living in a guard-gated community,” said Charles. “I’m a private person, and I’m looking forward to living a quiet and safe lifestyle.”

Besides convenience and safety, Charles said she chose a floor plan that impeccably suits her taste – a two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,305-square-foot home. The layout includes a large combined living and dining area, two full bathrooms, spacious closets, large windows providing picturesque views of the valley, and a 189-square-foot balcony off of the great room and master bedroom, making the grand total of the residence 1,494 square feet.

Of the standard features in the condominiums, Charles was most impressed that her new residence features luxurious granite kitchen countertops, wood cabinets and tile without the costs of upgrading. In addition to the numerous high-end standards, Charles also opted for luxurious upgrades including the sleek Brazilian cherry wood floors and the conduit-wiring package.

“My interior decorator and I are going to have a blast!” she said.

Charles has owned a home and a townhouse in the past, but this is her first venture into owning a high-rise condominium.

“High-rise living is referred to as ‘lock and go’,” said Charles. “And I’m thrilled to be part of such a cosmopolitan lifestyle.”
