Kenyatta, what's your background in the real estate industry?
I've been involved in various aspects of real estate, from property management to on-site sales management for the past 17 years. My real estate background is quite diverse. In the past seven years, I've sold several AmLand (a ONE Las Vegas Partner) communities including Vila di Lago at Lake Las Vegas, Park Avenue and Central Park Estates, both of which are located within minutes of ONE Las Vegas. I was part of the original launch team at ONE Las Vegas and was recently brought back to lead the sales effort.
In your experience, what are the main qualities that today's buyer is looking for in a Las Vegas Condo?
Location is the hook. We're close to all of the goodies: the Strip, the airport, the freeway and now the new Town Square shopping mecca. The lifestyle is awesome; behind our private gates we offer lush pools, a state of the art gym, valet and concierge services, and then there is the prestige of not only owning a piece of the Las Vegas Strip but also having the Las Vegas Boulevard address.
Have the prices caused a lot of buyers to choose ONE Las Vegas over similar projects?
When you compare our price per square foot, we're a bargain, especially considering the lifestyle and location. Most of our buyers are business-savvy and recognize a good investment when they see it. But the real reason people buy here is because they love the location and the amenities.
Tell me about one of the top of the line units.
Our Collector Series condominiums are amazing. Not only do they average more than 2,100 square feet of living area, but these ‘condo-maximums' also have terraces that average more than 400 square feet. This series is not only available on the penthouse floor, but other levels as well.
One factor that buyers overlook is the track record of the developer. How confident can buyers are in AmLand and B.S.R. and their experience in Las Vegas Condo Market?
